Domestic shipping takes between 3-4 business day to deliver, depending on location.

International shipping takes between 7-10 business day to deliver, depending on location.

How to Return:

- Accessories and Sale Items are final sale and they cannot be returned.

For exchange or credit in store your items should follow the following: 

  • Item(s) were purchased from the Kalypso Online Boutique.

  • Item(s) are unworn, in original condition and packaging

  • Item(s) are within 30 days of purchase

  • Item(s) are full price. (Sales items are final purchased)

2. Fill the following format for exchange or credit in store.

3. Place the item you're returning with your complete form and the original invoice.

4. Take your item to your local post office and send it to the address below:

We recommend sending your returns via Express or Registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

5. Once we received your request, our online team will assess and process within 3 business days. Please note that you will see your credit in Kalypso account within 7 business days for your next purchase.
